District Printer Discussion

Wanted to get a discussion going for a meeting with Darriell about printers that need to be replaced with more reliable models.

PCounter

  1. Info to come from Darriell about cpp (cost per page). Will take the cpp's from all printers we have and average them together for the district cpp. Of the cpp's I can find now, the color cpp is about a factor of 6 or 7 times more than a monochrome cpp. Can be calculated that way in PCounter.
  2. Will use the PCounter PopUp in the future for printing authentication of generic accounts (i.e. Patron)
