• we're looking for GREAT IDEAS, NOT cool stuff to buy
• $10,000 from technology department budget will fund year 1 (SY 2008-2009)
• who can apply (including Physical Ed, Coaches, All teachers, principals, librarians)
• focus can be Math, Science, Literacy, Physical fitness, Work Force Ed, whatever

2. Implementation ~($1500)
3. multi-year?

perhaps.... year one will fund all seed grants since nobody is likely to have a fund-able (ready to go....) initiative.
