GWAVAMAN Manager Quarantine Manager

Set up HAM and GRAVEYARD users as ham-learning and spam-learning sources. Messages released from QMS are copied to HAM Mailbox. "ham" folder is imap folder used by GWAVA. "Watermark" is the watermark folder under HAM user. "Graveyard" is also shared with HAM for spam learning. "Graveyard" is a shared folder under the GRAVEYARD user for spam collection. "Learnspam" is the imapped folder that GWAVA uses.
