Checklist 

c:\apscngui\download\ is target of downloads

move current files into a folder  as a backup 
copy mslist.rpt, hslist.rpt, hs.rpt,ms.rpt into a folder with date as name

this simply creates a list of students which have "entered school since... *date*" this is not add/dropped a class!
so it won't pick up schedule changes..... just students with an add in entry/withdrawal

    1. building =402 (hs)
    2. o=hs
    3. date = mm/dd/yy (date of files in backup is the likely date to use...cause that's the last time you did this)
    4. display - first time to see a count and confirm logic
    5. now run again to file="ahslist.rpt"
    6. download with old interface > file transfers >report > password> name of report without extension
