Create Horizon File

Process now automated by expect on ASDSYNC (10.0.0.20)
/usr/local/bin/sis/horizon.exp
Part of this automated process is downloading the prehorizon.txt file to ASDSYNC and using ftp put to upload it to ASDCAFE (10.0.0.252).

Assisting Technician to Connect to Server
Go into server room and switch the KVM to open up ASDCAFE
Login if necessary
Open up a web browser and go to http://www.horizon-boss.com/support.htm
Once there you should see a graphic/button that says "Click for Live Help"
Then simply type your name and "Alma School District" for organization and click "Get Help"
This process will also work with Line/Manager PC's at the schools in case you need assistance there as well
